All golf pencils are pre-sharpened. We make every effort to prevent graphite dust from accumulating on our pencils however graphite dust may be visible on some light colored pencils, as a result of shipping and production.

Good quality
Ordering was easy. Shipping takes some time, so order several weeks ahead of when you need them. The quality is good, although the pencil is short, especially with the eraser cutting into the gripping space. I think I would order minus the eraser in future, since people really don't use the eraser anyway. All in all, I would order from them again.

Pencils are great, ordering/billing process is not.
We enjoy the price and quality of the pencils we get from you. However, I would really prefer a faster turn around time. We've ordered from you consistently for about two years, so a new set-up shouldn't be required, and we should be able to complete this order without multiple emails, phone calls, or a month+ waiting time. It should be a few clicks on your site and two weeks max before they are in our office. Secondly, the last two orders (from Graphite Pen & Pencil Company -- as stated on the top of your site and emails) have shown up on our bill as coming from some toy company, which always creates red flags and delay on our end for our billing department to figure out what that charge is about. Please make your site name or billing name agree.
